Send your good news stories for So to Speak to Particia Morgan

I would love to receive whatever good news is happening in the various chapters.

An example of Good News is: "I was on Canada AM this week", or "My book, entitled_________ was just released".

An example of what doesn't really qualify as good news is: "I got a standing ovation" (even though you and your Chapter members all deserve them!) or "I am booked three times next week" or "I'm having a great year considering the recession etc.

Makes sense, I hope.

Please send all good news my way - there is no such thing as too much good news.

If I think that it isn't good news, I'll speak to the person myself!

For those of you who are having meetings this month, the easiest thing to do might be to ask people to submit them by the end of the meeting, then scan them (or otherwise compile 'em) and forward to me electronically via e-mail or fax. That will likely get more input than by just asking them to send 'em to me directly.

Or you could ask people to describe the successes that others in the chapter have had, validate them, and send them in (overcomes modesty and shyness that some CAPS members may experience). Failing that, an e-mail request might work, too.
You may wish to consider soliciting this type of information as a standard operating procedure for each of your meetings--tough to argue against legitimate sharing of success!

Thank you VERY much for your help--it makes us all better!
